Our client, one of the top tier Insurance Brokerage firms in Nigeria currently seeks an experienced Insurance Marketing Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our insurance products and services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute marketing plans that drive growth and revenue for our insurance products and services.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth and developments.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media and digital advertising.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure the timely and effective delivery of marketing products and services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in insurance marketing, preferably in the Financial and Investment Broker Industry.
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation software.
